A doctorate from IIM Lucknow, Dr. Ganguly was an Assistant Professor at Chandragupt Institute of Management, Patna, where he undertook projects such as “Tourism Enterprise Survey in Bihar” (commissioned by the Bihar Government; under the technical assistance of International Financial Corporation) and “Study on Computer Aided Learning Centres” under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. He has also published papers in reputed journals such as International Journal of Electronic Business, Tourism Recreation Research and Journal of Information Science and Technology.
