Dr. Mallick has more than 7 years of extensive professional experience in the field of HRM. She has completed her graduation from Presidency College as a University Rank holder and Masters from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Her doctoral thesis has been in the field of social networks and HRM in healthcare organizations. As an ardent HR professional she has been associated with human resource management practices in organizations, actively involved in training and development and talent management driving performance based culture through reward and recognition programs. She has played a crucial role in manpower planning, recruitment and succession planning of employees. She has been instrumental in analyzing attrition trends and implementing employee retention programs in organizations. She has played a critical role in organizations in implementing performance management systems in terms of KRA and goal setting for employees. Her research and academic interest is in the areas of human resource management and organizational behaviour. Before joining IMI-Kolkata, she was associated with Columbia Asia Hospitals.
